I use the Epson K3 inkset with an Epson Stylus Photo R2400 and Moab Entrada N paper. This paper is a matt fine art paper. Source printing is from Photoshop from both digital capture and scanned slides and negatives.
I am entirely satisfied with the results of this combination. Color prints are realistic, saturated and true. B&W prints are neutral & beautiful. Like darkroom (without the dark).

Getting quality inkjet prints is not a cheap proposition. Amazon.com makes life a lot easier by letting us link up with providers who sell these things at a reasonable price with quick delivery. Kudos to Amazon and Adorama.
Expensive printer takes expensive cartridges August 15, 2010

I'm always pleased to be able to buy these Epson ink cartridges at Amazon. They are VERY hard to find in retail stores now. We are stuck with this huge Epson Stylus Photo R2400 printer and the ink looks nice printed- but the cartridges run out FAST. Seems like I'm buying a new color at least every other week and we don't use the printer much.
